About the Company A leading name and well known agency based in the beautiful town of Leigh-on-sea. Are seeking an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their team. Key Responsibilities for the Lettings Valuer role: As a Lettings Valuer based in Leigh-on-Sea, you will play a crucial role in conducting property valuations for a wide range of clients, including homeowners, landlords, and investors. Your responsibilities will include:

Property Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of residential properties in Leigh-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
Valuation Reports: Preparing accurate and detailed valuation reports that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Client Interactions: Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with expert advice and guidance.
Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with local market trends and conditions to ensure accurate valuations.
Negotiation: Participating in negotiations with clients and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements for the Lettings Valuer role:
