Sonic Summary

My client, an established independent agent, is seeking a Sales Valuer to join their team in Basildon.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000, with on-target earnings of £55,000 and a tiered commission structure.
Candidates should have experience conducting valuations at the Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer, or Branch Manager level.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
Desired qualities include strong communication skills, a drive for success, and possession of a full driver's license with access to a vehicle.

The Successful Sales Valuer Will Be Offered:

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 Depending on Experience

On Target Earning: £55,000 +

Desired Qualities for a Sales Valuer

Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written

A strong desire to be successful

Must process a full driver license and access to your own vehicle

Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level
