The Role:
•    Developing and delivering the commercial strategy.
•    Overseeing commercial operations.
•    Driving new customer acquisitions and management of growing top-line revenues.
•    Leading and coordinating the commercial team, fostering collaboration among team members to help grow and deliver for existing customers.
•    Contributing to on-going product and service innovation and improvements.

Requirements:
•    Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or other Senior Managerial position within the print marketing industry or related industry.
•    Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing profitable commercial strategies, driving business growth and achieving commercial objectives.
•    An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership qualities to lead the commercial team effectively.
•    Possessing an analytical mindset, critical thinking abilities, and the capability to solve complex commercial challenges within the industry.
