Requirements
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS clearance (registered on the update service)
- At least 3 months of teaching experience in the UK
- Experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Proven success in teaching classes in an 11-16 school
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
Responsibilities
- Teach Maths up to KS4 (GCSE)
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' needs
- Provide appropriate levels of challenge to ensure effective learning
- Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with school policies
- Commit to raising student achievement
- Apply various classroom management strategies to maintain discipline
- Help students apply mathematical concepts to real-world situations
