Our client is currently seeking a Showroom Assistant to support their operations at their showroom.
Day-to-day of the role:- Liaise with fitting teams and interact with clients both over the phone and in person at the showroom.
- Handle quoting and manage client inquiries.
- Receive telephone calls, assist with queries, and forward messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general clerical duties including sending emails via Outlook, typing, filing, photocopying, data input on Excel, and assisting in the preparation of cut sheets for factory workers and subsequent paperwork.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Good level of mathematics.
- Clear handwriting and a good level of English.
- Accurate computer skills, including moderate competence in Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Reliable and looking for permanent employment.
- Training will be provided.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
