The Company

We are working in partnership with an award winning dealership that operate across the country. They are continuously going from strength to strength and have invested heavily in their facilities. Because of their huge successes they are now looking to appoint a versatile and adaptable Sales Administrator. 

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

The Sales Administrator will assist and support the company sales team with a range of key tasks which include:

  • Supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks
  • Assisting with processing quotes & sales orders
  • Support the sales team with marketing and promotional duties for the sales department
  • Provide reports on sales figures, turnover and performance targets
  • Ensuring that the hire desk operates effectively

As the Sales Administrator you will be able to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and take ownership of the processes as defined above to maintain high levels of service.

The ideal Sales Administrator will have the following attributes:

  • An experienced sales administrator, preferably in the plant sales and hire industry
  • Develop relationships across all levels within the business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate -Microsoft office with advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong planning, time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt your approach and priorities in line with company requirements

To be successful for the role of the Sales Administrator, you will have also worked in positions such as, hire administrator, hire controller, service administrator, technical administrator or similar job roles
