What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters.
- Ensure all company activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are addressed.
- Develop and deliver H&S training, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Work cross-functionally to embed a strong safety culture across the business.
- Support HR with occupational health matters.
What You’ll Bring
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in a standalone or managerial H&S role.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar high-tech engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cultural change.
