The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant team starting from January 2025. This permanent contract position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the students' educational journey in a nurturing and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support students' development.
- Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS) and has experience teaching Year 4 or similar age groups.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
