Description
You will be responsible for:
- Manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately.
- Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with legal regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Contribute to the team's objectives by achieving individual targets.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payment.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and cost management.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting software and databases.
- Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Proven experience in handling sensitive financial information confidentially.
