They are seeking a Credit Controller in the Accounting & Finance department of a well-established property industry firm. The role demands a competent individual capable of managing financial tasks and ensuring smooth transactions.

Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately.
  • Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Contribute to the team's objectives by achieving individual targets.
  • Handle customer queries related to billing and payment.
  • Support the finance team in budget preparation and cost management.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A solid understanding of accounting software and databases.
  • Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proven experience in handling sensitive financial information confidentially.
