M4 Recruitment are currently on the hunt a Junior Office Administrator working for a Well-established family business in Crickladeto join their expanding team.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday (08:30 - 16:30)
Friday (08:00 - 16:00)
Your own vehicle is essential due to location.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, (both over the phone and face-to-face) including an ability to problem-solve and act as first point-of-contact for many enquires.
- Assisting with incoming deliveries/outgoing goods (both customer and courier collections).
- General office administration: filing, placing purchase orders, post, stationary etc.
- Monthly Accounting tasks to include entering sales invoices onto the ledger and credit control.
- Processing customers orders.
- To be considered for this role, it is essential you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven ability to offer excellent customer service, including telephone and face-to-face customer service skills
- At least 2 years proven experience in a busy administrative role, within an office environment
- Confident, and able to work on multiple tasks within the working day
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook (email). Training will be provided on in-house customer databases.
- High degree of literacy and numeracy
- Highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail and ability to check your own work for accuracy
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a close-knit team.
