The Role:

· Deal with a high volume of emails

· Take any related telephone queries to communicate with the relevant department

· Process orders and communicate with customers regarding the delivery date.

· Ordering relevant consumables

· Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s

· Oversee any orders which require additional processing or fulfilment requirements which causes them to falls outside our usual processes. This will involve monitoring our internal systems to ensure the orders are completed in a timely manner and communicating with the printers, packing teams and customers throughout.

About You:

• Strong IT and Administrative skills

• Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
