We are currency recruiting a Part Time Accounts Clerk for our client based in the Leigh area of Wigan.

The ideal candidate will be conversant in all aspects of sales and purchase ledger, highly organised with problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company sales and purchase ledger on Xero accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Allocate cash received to customer accounts
  • Prepare the daily banking
  • Resolve queries on accounts offering an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual management information
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Producing reports on the P&L for the business

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment would be ideal
  • Previous experience of working with Xero would be advantageous
  • The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance of the Office in Leigh
