Schedule: 4 x 10 hours per week (07:00 to 17:00, Monday – Thursday)

Role Overview: 

We are expanding and actively seeking Production Operators to join our dynamic team. These brand-new roles are an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow their careers in a thriving manufacturing environment. Whether you have experience or are new to the field, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Metal Plating Operations: Perform plating according to precise customer specifications, adhering to production plans, and documenting daily operations. 

• Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality production, with the authority to halt production if necessary. 

• Start-Up & Shutdown Procedures: Manage the start-up and shutdown of production lines, ensuring compliance with company requirements. 

• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demands and support continuous improvement. 

• Health & Safety: Adhere to company safety procedures, including the use of PPE, and report any incidents or hazards. 

• Physical Demands: The role involves frequent lifting and moving of materials, requiring manual loading and unloading of metal parts. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume production environment is preferred, but not essential. Experience in metal plating is advantageous. 

• Skills: Strong communication, basic IT proficiency, teamwork, and time management. 

• Attributes: Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality standards, proactivity, and flexibility.
