The Role:

  • Responsible for dealing with incoming sales questions
  • Quoting customers, and processing orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Become an expert in the product range
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support the external sales team to help launch the new range

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills
