The Role:
- Responsible for dealing with incoming sales questions
- Quoting customers, and processing orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Become an expert in the product range
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support the external sales team to help launch the new range
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills
