PMLD Teaching Assistant
Tradewind are working with a highly successful Primary School in Leigh, and they are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis starting ASAP- July 2025, working 8.30-3.30 5 days a week. You will be providing 1-1 support with a child in year 1.
This Leigh school are looking for someone who has previous experience in a PMLD environment or have worked extensively with learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), some with associated complex needs, ASD (Autism) and challenging behaviours, some personal care will be required including nappy changing, training will be provided to any successful candidate.

The school is located on the outskirts of Leigh and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
