- An excellent record for challenging poor health and safety and reporting concerns.
- You have a good understanding of Continuous Improvement culture
- You have advanced communication skills, at different levels, and are able to build positive relationships within various teams
- Your background includes operating effectively in a high-energy Food Manufacturing setting
- You have excellent fault-finding abilities on electrical and pneumatic systems
- A strong electrical background with experience of fast-moving packaging and process systems
- You will have a flexible approach to work, in line with business needs
