Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Bias)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our maintenance team as a Lead Multi Skilled Engineer supporting and working together to establish root cause analysis and develop and implement preventative actions.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be quick and nimble when reacting to issues, with a resilient and 'always learning' attitude towards develop long term solutions.

Profile

• An excellent record for challenging poor health and safety and reporting concerns.
• You have a good understanding of Continuous Improvement culture
• You have advanced communication skills, at different levels, and are able to build positive relationships within various teams
• Your background includes operating effectively in a high-energy Food Manufacturing setting
• You have excellent fault-finding abilities on electrical and pneumatic systems
• A strong electrical background with experience of fast-moving packaging and process systems
• You will have a flexible approach to work, in line with business needs
