HLTA / PPA cover - Leigh area

• HLTA in mornings in a small SEN class and PPA cover in afternoons across KS2
• Monday to Friday 8.30am -3.30pm
• From £110.00 per day depending on experience
• Start February 2025 until July 2025

We are currently seeking an experienced HLTA/ PPA cover teacher to join our dedicated and friendly team at one of our schools in Leigh. The purpose of the role is to support teaching and learning within the class, supporting teaching staff with their responsibility for the development and education of children. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a children's potential.

You will be working with a small group of children in the mornings who have ASD and stepping up to cover PPA time in KS2 in the afternoons across KS2. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday from February 2025 until July.

The Primary School is a 1 form entry school with dedicated staff and supportive SLT.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a real passion of supporting children
• Experience of working within KS2 with a proven track record
• Experience of supporting children with ASD
• Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
