Adele Carr Recruitment are recruiting for a Leigh-based client to hire a Sales Administrator to join the business on a full-time and permanent basis. You will be rewarded with working for a business that has a global client base, a lovely & welcoming team, provides ongoing training, good work-life balance, Christmas shutdown and company discounts.Our client is a market-leading manufacturer established over 100 years ago, doing business across the world with a medium-sized business based in Leigh.We are searching for a candidate with experience in an office environment but most importantly who has the right attitude for the job. The successful candidate will be willing to learn, get involved, be proactive, roll their sleeves up and have common sense.Salary & Benefits:

  • £23,000 per annum
  • Mon-Thurs 9AM-5PM, Friday finish at 4PM. (30 min lunch)
  • Office-based role
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

What will be expected of you: The two administration roles will support the sales function from the initial order phase through to delivery to customers and invoicing.

  • Support the administrative needs of the sales team
  • Process sales orders
  • Maintain and update the company system
  • Liaising with customers on queries and field-based sales team
  • Dealing with and responding to emails.
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels & monitoring accounts
  • Invoicing and dealing with queries
  • Inputting and managing data in Excel spreadsheets
  • General office duties

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to use a computer & Microsoft office including basic Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Ideally Administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Positive, pro-active, and flexible approach
