As a 3rd Line Support Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and manage policies in Microsoft Intune and manage endpoint devices
  • Manage DNS records and ensure email protection using DMARC, DKIM, and SPF
  • Troubleshoot & manage basic networks, inc firewall configuration & VLAN management
  • Handle migrations from platforms like Google Workspace and GoDaddy to Microsoft 365
  • Manage Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor

We are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a 3rd Line Support or similar position, ideally in an MSP environment
  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management
  • Proficiency in DNS management and configuring DMARC, DKIM, and SPF for email security
  • Solid understanding of networking, including firewalls and VLANs
  • Ability to use basic power tools for basic infrastructure installations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology

In return, the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
