About You
- An excellent working knowledge of M365, AD Networking is essential
- Recently completed a relevant IT course or currently working in an IT Technician role.
- A technical knowledge of IT, this can be from setting up your own network from home, be the IT tech of your family that can strip and rebuild a PC or maybe your experience is already developed further already.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
The Role
- Work on a bustling, successful IT helpdesk, providing top-notch support to clients at a 1st line level.
- Resolve queries efficiently or escalate tickets to colleagues when necessary.
- Enjoy a hybrid work model with four days from home and one day in the office.
