Our client, a well-established, family led Manufacturer in the Leigh area with over 40 years in business, are currently looking for a Part Time Accounts / HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for variety from their role.

As a Part Time Accounts / HR Administrator your duties will be.
" Respond swifty to customer enquiries via email and telephone
" Monthly reconciliation of accounts and credit card payments
" Manage sales ledger accounts and process monthly statements. Reviewing and resolving any discrepancies.
" Manage accounts by processing adjustments, expense invoices, refunds and credit notes
" Credit management - keeping records up to date and instructing debt collection agencies where necessary
" Process payroll for a small number of staff
" Supporting in recruitment needs from defining job requirements and selection process.
" Support staff with appraisals and disciplinaries whilst maintaining HR records.


The successful Part Time Accounts / HR administrator will have the following skills.
