Location: North West Office
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + profit related bonus

The role of Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Fit Out will involve:
Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
Working closely with the Project Managers to oversee projects from handover to completion
Monitor and control costs throughout projects
Identify, track, report and price change as required
Compile and submit monthly Applications/Valuations to clients in line with contract requirements
Set-up and manage subcontractor accounts, making payments when due
Produce monthly financial reports for active projects
Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Fit Out with
Must have Quantity Surveying/Estimator experience within the construction industry, ideally fit out market sector
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communicator both written and verbally across all levels
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving license
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player, with excellent people skills
