Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Production Operatives to join our busy team in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers the opportunity for a temporary position with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with products in a warehouse setting, assisting in the reworking and re-packaging process, ensuring items are prepared and processed to meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the reworking and re-packaging of products.
- Ensure products are inspected, cleaned, and re-packaged according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., packing machines, conveyors) as required.
- Maintain accurate records of product processing and any stock adjustments.
- Ensure all products are handled carefully to prevent damage during reworking and re-packaging.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
