- Process invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with forecasting preparation.
- Collaborate with other teams to collate financial information.
- Oversee account reconciliation for all clearing accounts whilst working to resolve any outstanding issues with the Customer Service Manager.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Undertake financial analysis and reporting.
- To build, maintain and document all financial processes and procedures.
- Ensure the accurate application of sales tax on all invoices to guarantee proper tax reporting.
- Respond to internal and external financial queries.
- Help with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the finance team.
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Global (US) experience is vital.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
