We are seeking an organised Administrator with excellent communication skills to join a small team in Leighton Buzzard. In this role, you will handle various administrative and customer service tasks, including data entry, research, and information collation from multiple sources. You will also be the first point of contact for telephone and email inquiries.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a friendly, hard-working team environment, where everyone collaborates and shares responsibilities during busy periods. This position demands strong time management skills to meet strict deadlines, along with great attention to detail and prior administrative experience.

The Role:

  • Handle telephone and email inquiries
  • Conduct research and data entry
  • Obtain quotes and place orders
  • Create and edit documents, liaising with third parties for information
  • Collaborate with various teams and external parties to solve problems and find solutions

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Experience in an administrative role within a council or public sector is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Strong written English skills
