We are actively recruiting for a Service & Contracts Administrator to join a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking new staff to join their growing, busy and thriving team!

Please note, this position involves working 4 on, 4 off shifts, and will incorporate weekends.

Location: Leighton Buzzard.

Working Hours: 07:00am to 19:00pm 4 on/4 off shifts with one hour for lunch or 3 x 20 minute breaks (unpaid).

Contract Type: Temp to perm.

Duties:

  • Ensure breakdowns and defects are processed, dispatched and updated as per Service Level Agreements or as detailed in process documents.
  • Maintaining customer expectations and Service Level Agreements are met and adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure administration work is processed and procedures are adhered to..
  • Updating customers in line with company requirements.
  • Ensure accounting and operational deadlines are met.
  • Updating computer and operational system records.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Undertake any other duties which the company from time to time may reasonably request.
  • Complying with all aspects of ISO 9001:2015 under your remit.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all bookings are completed successfully.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
