We are actively recruiting for a Service & Contracts Administrator to join a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking new staff to join their growing, busy and thriving team!
Please note, this position involves working 4 on, 4 off shifts, and will incorporate weekends.
Location: Leighton Buzzard.
Working Hours: 07:00am to 19:00pm 4 on/4 off shifts with one hour for lunch or 3 x 20 minute breaks (unpaid).
Contract Type: Temp to perm.
Duties:
- Ensure breakdowns and defects are processed, dispatched and updated as per Service Level Agreements or as detailed in process documents.
- Maintaining customer expectations and Service Level Agreements are met and adhered to at all times.
- Ensure administration work is processed and procedures are adhered to..
- Updating customers in line with company requirements.
- Ensure accounting and operational deadlines are met.
- Updating computer and operational system records.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
- Undertake any other duties which the company from time to time may reasonably request.
- Complying with all aspects of ISO 9001:2015 under your remit.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all bookings are completed successfully.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
