Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accounts asisstant to oversee the financial operations of two limited companies. This is a part-time, office-based position, requiring a highly organized individual with strong knowledge of accounting practices and systems. The role will involve the management of client accounts, daily and monthly reconciliation of financial data, and ensuring smooth processing of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial activities for 2 limited companies using Sage and bespoke software
- Reconcile client accounts daily and monthly
- Process daily receipts and contractors’ invoices
- Handle intercompany transfers and maintain sales/purchase ledgers
- Ensure accurate invoice processing and payments
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in Sage, Excel, and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with accounting software and financial reporting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection
Hours:Office Based | 5 days a week | 4 hours a day | Flexible to be agreed
