I'm seeking a detail-oriented, organised and flexible bookkeeper to join my client who are fast growing. They are looking for someone to grow with the company as they continue to expand year on year.

Skills and Requirements:

  • The ability to record daily company transactions and maintain timely communications with clients.
  • Must have experience using Xero.
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Monthly CIS payments and subcontractors statements.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting and financial operations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency with bookkeeping software and comfort working with spreadsheets.
  • Fill in account forms and apply for new accounts.
  • Cross reference material costs.
  • Daily email correspondence mangement.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.
  • Previous experience in the trade would be preferable but not essential.
