We are recruiting for two exciting new opportunities with one of our Soft Services Clients - if you are an area cleaning manager / regional cleaning manager located between Northampton and North London we want to hear from you!
Looking after around 30 sites across multiple commercial and retail clients, you'll be responsible for the smooth and profitable running of these sites. Duties will include:
- recruitment and management of cleaning operatives
- adhering to budgets and profitability
- Cleaning audits and site visits
- Training and coaching of staff
- Client liaison including issue resolution and escalation
