Were seeking aService Desk Analystto join a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company with ambitious growth plans. Based in the office near Leighton Buzzard, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch support to customers via the service desk. About the Role:
In this position, you'll provide 1st and 2nd Line Support while managing customer requests in line with SLAs. If you're looking for a chance to build on your current skills and step into a more challenging environment, this is the role for you!

What Youll Need:

Experience with ITIL practices
Strong knowledge ofAzure,Active Directory, andOffice 365
Proficiency inWindows 10
Experience in call logging, remote support, and desktop support
ServiceNow (desired)
Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
