Duties
- Drive a long wheelbase van, and deliver goods to customers
- Ensuring deliveries are completed on time, in full.
- Our customers are based all over the UK, but the regular routes include the home counties, London (including central) and surrounding areas.
- Picking & packing
- Goods in, stock takes and other general duties.
- A forklift licence would be beneficial for this but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- OVER 23 must have had licence for over 2 years.
- Experience driving vans is a must and within London would be beneficial.
- DBS clearance will be required due to some of our clients.
- Must be able to clearly read, write and communicate in English.
- Strong math skills and have some computer skills.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage, and you must be prepared to go the extra mile for the customer.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 25 kg).
- A proactive attitude towards safety and adherence to health regulations within the warehouse setting.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7am to 4:30pm
