Business Development Manager – Mobility/Logistics

Office: Hybrid/Remote + UK travel

Salary: £55,000 to £80,000+ (Depending on experience and seniority)

Car Allowance: £6,000

Commission: Uncapped (double OTE)

You'll be joining a fast-growing sales team focused on onboarding new corporate clients. This role offers significant growth potential, along with a high level of autonomy and strategic decision-making in business development.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends, demands, and potential opportunities within SMBs and SMEs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand global business presence.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by surpassing individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to deliver customised logistics and full relocation solutions.
  • Manage cross-border acquisitions across the UK and EU.

What is your skill set:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development within relocation services (ideally), or in related industries such as logistics, tax, immigration, compliance, HR, or employee benefits.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, marketing and B2B sales within the SME corporate sector.
  • Strong skills and knowledge in sales tools, CRM and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset focused on achieving sales and value-driven goals.
