- Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and industry changes to capitalise on emerging sales opportunities.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and provide regular insights to management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless customer onboarding and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year in logistics sales.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and adaptable IT capabilities.
- Behavioural Traits: Strong relationship-building abilities, highly organized, proactive in sales, and a team player with enthusiasm.
