Are you an experienced Brake Press Operative looking for your next opportunity? We're hiring a Senior Brake Press Operative to join our team in Leighton Buzzard on a 6-month temp-to-perm basis.

• Competitive Pay: 28.80 per hour

• Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

  • Friday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays at 1.5x pay

• Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TB

• Setting up and operating Brake Press Machines

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Ensuring all products meet high-quality standards

• Adhering to health & safety regulations

• Supporting production planning and assisting with team coordination

• Previous experience as a Brake Press Operative (senior level preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in sheet metal or fabrication is a plus
