Senior Brake Press Operative - Leighton Buzzard

Are you an experienced Brake Press Operative looking for a new opportunity? We're hiring a Senior Brake Press Operative to join our team in Leighton Buzzard!



Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 3 PM - 12 AM
  • Friday: 12 PM - 5 PM
  • Overtime available on Saturday & Sunday at 1.5x pay

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating and setting Brake Press Machines
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Working within health & safety regulations
  • Assisting with production planning and team coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Brake Press Operative (senior level preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sheet metal or fabrication is an advantage
