Project ManagerLeighton BuzzardMonday - Friday£55k per year + quarterly bonusWe are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the HVAC industry. This is for a company who are growing within their sector and want someone to join their journey. The working environment has a real family feel within an extremely supportive environment. Your primary responsibility for this role will be to manage projects from start to finish including planning, management, coordinator and financial control.Benefits for a Project Manager:

Key responsibilities for a Project Manager:
- Take ownership of HVAC projects from the point we receive a customer order.
- Set up a programme, list of labour materials and plant, and meetings schedule.
- Review Specification and drawings and communicate to all parties involved.
- Oversee the installation phase, through to completion.
- Source contractors and subcontractors.
- Produce and manage risk assessments.
Key skills for a Project Manager:
- Driving license required, this role will require travelling to London and surrounding areas.
- HVAC experience.
- Project management of high value projects.
