We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the HVAC industry. The primary responsibility for this role will be to manage on average between 3-5 projects to end to end including planning, management, coordinator and financial control.Key responsibilities for a Project Manager

Support sales team during pre-contract phase giving technical support / advise
Full ownership of projects
Plan and source labour, materials, equipment etc.
Manage costs
Source contractors and subcontractors
Produce and manage risk assessments
Ensure everything is compliant with quality standards
Update systems with all relevant information
Costing additional works and recording extras
