What you’ll be doing
In this position, you'll be responsible for multiple low rise residential projects across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. You'll be planning and allocating labour, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. A key focus will be monitoring project budgets, subcontractor payments, and material usage while mitigating risks through proactive management and open communication with senior leadership.
