About the position:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Electrical Engineer to join an employer based in Pitstone.

Workplace experience is preferred, however what's important is a good understanding of electrics.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm.

Day to day duties for the Workshop Electrical Engineer include:

  • To maintain, analyse and repair equipment returned to the workshop in a neat and timely manner
  • To work with line manager to plan and carry out external PPM work
  • Continue with the internal PPM work as directed
  • Site Visits maybe required
  • Assist with Production/Assembly as required
  • Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the After Sales team on warranty and chargeable workshop service repairs
  • Assist with installation preparations as required

Skills required from the Workshop Electrical Engineer:

  • A strong understanding of electrics
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team whilst also using your own initiative
