We are actively recruiting for a Manufacturing/Production Operative to join a Leighton Buzzard based company. Our client are one of the market leaders in their sector/industry, and they are recruiting due to continued growth. For this role, ALL candidates MUST have prior experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment.

Working Hours:

08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07:00 - 14:00 on Fridays.

Duties:

Operating cutting and bevelling machines.
Operating centreless grinders.
Handling wet belt linishers.
Completing lathe operating duties.
Working on varying batch sizes.
Hitting deadlines and targets.
Adhering to health and safety/compliance processes.

Skills Needed:

Knowledge of using a variety of hand-tools.
Ability to handle small components and products.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Previous background within a manufacturing or production environment.
