Description
Finance Manager
- Responsible for managing two permanent staff and reporting direct every week to the Board.
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Optimize use of cash surpluses and control the fixed asset register
- Manage taxation matters and liaise with external auditors.
- Support the development of financial systems and processes.
- Monitor cash flow and predict future trends.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (XERO)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
