OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to the loading, unloading, stocking, and building of materials. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently.
  • Stock shelves and maintain an organised warehouse environment.
  • Build pallets and prepare products for shipping.
  • Operate warehouse management systems, to track inventory levels.
  • Perform materials handling tasks with care to ensure product integrity.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Counterbalance licence and experience
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as and when required by the role.
  • Experience with materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving is essential for success in this position.
