Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, including calculating wages, processing deductions, and handling payroll queries.
  • Manage employee benefits schemes, pension contributions, and liaise with providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, process contract changes, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
  • Ensure payroll and HR processes comply with company policies, employment legislation, and audit requirements.
  • Be the first point of contact for payroll and benefits-related queries, providing clear and helpful guidance to Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and UK employment regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and pensions administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
