We are currently recruiting for a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking Yard-Operatives/Drivers to join their growing team. Please note, for insurance purposes, you MUST be aged 21 or over, and hold a full UK licence, with less than three points. This role is a temporary position, however, can provide ongoing hours.

Working Hours: Either 07:00am - 17:00pm or 08:00am - 18:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Start Date: ASAP.

Contract Type: Temporary.

Duties:

  • Moving vehicles around the site, while adhering to stringent company polices.
  • Completing relevant documentation paperwork.
  • Site maintenance, i.e. ensuring the site is clean, tidy, and in-line with health and safety polices.
  • Working with various departments to ensure works are completed on-time.
  • Covering the security desk, when needed.
  • Supporting other departments with ad-hoc duties.

Skills:

  • Full UK Driving licence, with less than 3-points.
  • Ability to move around a large site, which often includes lots of walking.

  • Clear verbal and written communication for coordination and reporting

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).?.?

  • Ability and confidence to use a tablet/IPad.
