The ideal candidate:
- Assist in addressing diverse learning needs
- Foster the development of independence and social skills in pupils
- Provide support for pupils' personal care and medical requirements
- Contribute to promoting the health and well-being of students
- Aid students in enhancing their literacy and numeracy skills, thereby elevating their overall academic achievement across the curriculum
Qualifications required:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Ideally, experience in EYFS, teaching primary school students
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Effective teamwork, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development, coupled with a passion for teaching and learning
- Emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, with strong behaviour management skills
- Professional references and an Enhanced DBS check
