We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to an exciting and thriving aerospace industry. In this temporary position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow personally and professionally.

Summary:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended
  • Location: Leighton Buzzard
  • Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
  • Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday - Thursday 7-4 and Friday 7-12

As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing work documentation to support production schedules.
  • Carrying out secondary operations to ensure smooth production.
  • Maintaining part identification for traceability.
  • Utilising hand tools and mechanical equipment for component assembly.
  • Packaging finished goods according to industry standards.
  • Complying with health and safety policies.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality.
  • Supporting business delivery and quality targets.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training for other relevant skills.
