Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyships, trusts and complex financial arrangements
  • Preparing and submitting Court of Protection applications for benefits, insurance claims and financial matters
  • Acting for individuals with complex acquired brain injuries, ensuring their financial and welfare needs are fully met
  • Handling high-value damages award cases (experience in this area is desirable but not essential)

Who We’re Looking For

? Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Court of Protection Law? Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage complex and sensitive cases? A client-focused approach, with the ability to support vulnerable individuals and their families
