Your Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Oversee Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts cases.
  • Application Submission: Efficiently submit Court of Protection applications.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to junior staff and provide training and mentorship.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all case files are compliant, and records are meticulously maintained.
  • Business Development: Engage in article writing, networking, and business development activities.
  • Website Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal information on their website.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend relevant training sessions.
  • Private Client Support: Provide ad hoc support within the private client team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in Court of Protection work.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in drafting Court of Protection applications.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Mentorship: Strong leadership skills to mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
